Because in the most recent event, one of Trixie’s spells went haywire and turned all of the Mane Six into foals. Also it summoned evil doppelgangers of the Mane Six. She is called Babysitter Trixie because she had to babysit the foal Mane Six while they helped her battle their evil doubles.
