Jasmine’s bakery over the lockdown was closed as it only bakes cakes and pastries rather than bread (Pearl Necklace’s other bakery deals with the breads and that) and so with the lockdown payments she got and all this extra time she had free at home, she set to boredem baking after cleaning the house for the third time. Patch was busy at work filling the spike in online orders that came to his game store so wasn’t able to keep a watch on his softening kitty. The only hint she was baking was the smell in the air and a tray of cookies left over on the counter that she hadn’t eaten yet.
 
When the lockdown finally lifted, it was time for a cautious trip to the beach (you still have to practice social distancing you know. Was mainly a trip to get themselves out of the house). The kitten over the few months had put on at least 10 kgs, evident by her now much plusher physique. Which brings us to now, where the Abyssinian resides on a beach chair. A fat and happy cat relishing in the warm sunshine. Took ages for patch to take the picture tho because he kept getting distracted by her curves. Bet he went straight to snuggling her after he took the pic :3c
