This is in reference to a file that is name “infant.mp4” with a man smiling looking down and thrusting. Ball slapping and a baby screaming is the audio.  
So I think, implied rape works just fine.

I’m really not buying the ‘implied rape’ tag, here. Nothing about the image specifically seems to call out rape. There no expression of dislike, no apparent struggle - no evidence of a lack of consent whatsoever.

There’s something about the face–the shape of the mouth and chin, maybe, and maybe the proportions–that makes me think of Hanna-Barbera cartoons from around 1965. He looks like a palette-swapped Fred Flintstone in the midst of playing some cruel prank on Barney Rubble. Is he supposed to? Is it just me? Because now I can’t unsee it.
