Because Pink Cloud Hippogriff Monster. Even if she isn’t a hippogriff she is the personafication of Pink Cloud, which is from Fallout Equestria, which is pony. So she counts due to being an environmental hazard of a pony fanfic ‘verse
 
Also this isn’t your website unless you’re the one paying the server bills, but that’s unrelated to the question.

Aight, if my facts are right, Passel is a hippogriff, just one that went through some changes. That makes them perfectly fine for the site. On top of that, if I’m remembering correctly, she started out as a Fo:E character about five or six years ago. So…that’ll play.
