But I think that if Cozy Glow will receive all the power from the bell to herself and transform ,  
then Tirek would drain whole power from her and become extremely powerful, just like at he end of Twilight’s kingdom.

not true he have fight with twilight after starlight discord magic power and it clearly given him more power not to mention he uses all kind of power full magic spells

I don’t think tirek ever “used” Discords magic, just stole it so he couldn’t threaten him.

Except the most chaotic magic we saw him using was bubbles
