it fits better to put the oldest spike in the end and not the one from the ending. In earlier episodes, there are dreams or monents when Spike was an older muscular dragon.

it is possible depending on the character, I’ve seen Buu, and he is powerful. Blackbeard however has one major power, as I said earlier, he’s a living black hole. I suppose those characters you mentioned can defeat DBZ characters, especially since since DBZ characters have the tendency to stand around and take attacks from those with lower power levels. However there is a DBZ character who has the potential to beat them all depending on how things go. Majin Buu. He can start to mass absorb the One Piece world and gain so many abilities that he could counter these characters.
 
And yes, I know that having more then one devil fruit would kill you but I imagine Buu’s absorption would get past that or his unusual body would allow him to survive.

That is fair, but let me give an example. So, Raditz vs one of the characters I mentioned, Admiral Kizaru. A man who’s devil fruit power allows his body to be made of, create, and control pure light. His most basic attack is to kick someone at the speed of light. With Raditz’s attacks going right through him, what can Raditz do then?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of those “DBZ would beat anything” types. They would lose to certain characters from Saint Seiya and Sailor Moon at the end of her series for example (as odd as it sounds she becomes that powerful) but for the most part. even Raditz would solo most other manga/anime universes.

Yes, because they’re so powerful that they can beat someone who’s made of pure light, or someone who’s so powerful that they can rip out the souls of others, or a living black hole.

There’s no one is One Piece that is remotely close to a planet buster and the strongest characters in DBZ were like millions of times stronger then the Saiyan Saga characters that can destroy planets.

What are you talking about? Most manga/anime, especially the new ones would be slaughtered by Raditz never mind the strongest DBZ characters. There are some exceptions like Samurai 8 which started with some really powerful characters but those are rare.
