With the CMC especially sweetie belle wonders what its like to be a site moderator when they have to know the website’s TOS at the top of their head as it can get hard to know if a rule was broken when consequences can be that much more difficult for other moderators and head administrators when action could come by the violators account taken down.

Depends on the circumstances of the situation. If you’re moderating fairly, it becomes hard because you have to be absolutely 100% sure there was a rule violation or not. And in a pretty active place, it can get pretty tough.

If you’re moderating based purely on personal beliefs, then you have it pretty easy so long as you are in favor with the other mods and head admin.
