T?he only thing I will settle for having Muffin in the name is Muffin Mac. Cute and catchy.

Personal opinion: I think a good name for the young colt would be Apple Muffin. Being the son of an apple that much should be simple, and what is one of Sugar Belles favorites to make? Muffins. It also matches his cutie mark.

As for this final episode, I would say that there is not much.  
we see twilight in the form of princess and spike in older dragon.  
We have confirmed none of the couples except cheesepie with their daughter.  
There’s also the sugarmac son, but you know.  
Half the episode is a flash back on the twilight coronation.
 
My hopes are that there is a film with the children of Manes 6 to conclude the work.  
I see well as a scenario an accident this will produce and the new generation would bring back the exact time to find one of them the youngest. (spoiler: will be the child of starburst who will actually be sunset reason for which there is not his double in the other world)
