Very dark outlines is a common thing in a few ponies… And a few humans too.

Headcanon: Just as Flash Sentry had served as an apprentice under Shining Armor, Gallus served as an apprentice under Flash Sentry.

I like how he has little claw-shaped booties like the pony guards wear.

On another note, compared to the pictures of his friends that I’ve seen…damn, Gallus doesn’t look like he’s aged o.o Unless if the armor is covering up some changes.

What they are not showing is the riots in the streets, the massive poverty, and the high death rate, due to Twilight not being a very good ruler.
