Chances that she is an aromantic and asexual pony that only live with Discord platonically and never think about having a family or sex are very slim. Especially 6 episodes after Angel implied that Fluttershy want to marry him. I think it happened years ago and thats why they moved the sanctuary there.

I have watched it with the subtitles. It looks like all of mane6 are busy with their life so they visit Twilight once a month and this episode was that day. Fluttershy now lives with Discord, but he coudn’t come with her because there is a Ogres and Oublettes convention. It is also seen that all animals live in his dimension too. I thought they might have been just transported to her sanctuary but they just teleported to Ponyville for the song. It look like the sanctuary is now in Discords dimension. Whether Fluttershy is “busy” raising the animals only or her and Discords child is unclear.
They are obviously live together. Discord woudnt make her a lunch if its was her who just visited him. And animals woudn’t visit him either. They live together, this one is canon. Whether they are married or have kids or whther is just “platonic roomates” is another story. But i doubt She moved to his place just like that 6 episodes after Angel implied that she want to marry him.
