I think with look to the different images of the episode, that will be the arrival of gabby a poneyville and which will want to spend a maximum of time with spike at the expense of these usual activities with rarity.  
Are side rariy will realize that spike was always at these sides in all these activities and she will seek the same help from the M6 who will not be in the level.  
She’ll realize he was always there for her and for once she’ll be the one looking for who will seek to recover spike.  
we can hope that their relationship will finally evolve after all these seasons.

Honestly, while I do like Gabby, I felt like they could have used a new dragoness to have Spike be friends with, but eh, the episode was nice, overall.
