It would be extremely unlikely for Discord to not appear anymore. He should at least get one episode with Fluttershy and at least one appearance in the finale episode. Especially since Grogar would never become a threat in the eyes of ponies and audience if there is Discord somewhere and he isn’t involved. Sure Discord can let Mane6 handle the villain, but he would still intervene if Mane6 would fail which mean Grogar would never show real dominance if Discord isn’t defeated.

Definitely not Discord, because he appears in two episodes every season, and he’s only had one in Season 9 so far. Trixie and Zecora I also think we’ll see again. Flim and Flam probably not, sadly.

Wonder how many of those in the background are making their final appearance.

And I was referring to Season 5 when they first appeared. Even Granny Smith had to subtly admit that the brothers had something genuine. A machine that could easily produce cider. The only reason it backfired was because they had to cut corners due to said competition against a demigod, a magic user, two pegasi, and four earth ponies with unnatural abilities or strength.

To be fair, they once had the chance to change their ways back in S6, but it seems like helping somepony else didn’t make them feeling better, and stayed their old ways instead. Oh well, you had your chance you tricksters! This is what you get for a life in crime!
