I’m down with redeeming the Dazzlings but what I want to know how did they come to that realization.

I am saying that if the Dazzlings really have reformed, then that would be a good thing, because many villains (even non-mlp villains) nowadays are starting to reform, and it is better to help the villain reform then destroying them, and I believe that the Mane Six (and Humane Seven) are the ones who are showing us that, and that makes them very special.

The “Zombie” crowd is theatrics. Its their perspective of faceless crowd becoming more than pawns to play with.
 
It looks like they can heal or least keep their magic alive with singing. Every scene they’re embracing their pendants and as the video ends the pendants glow as the audience cheers for them.
 
If you want to get some continuity from this, looks like the Dazzlings know how to sing again and are keeping their magic alive through the magic of musical numbers.

The same rule is that the Friendship-based magic always wins, which happens in the hearts of those hit by it (as in, they feel the same things, not are magically brainwashed, because something tells me you don’t understand the difference) just as much as in the rainbow lightshows. Cherry-picking really isn’t doing you any favors.

False - even Sunset said that Magic doesn’t make sense in EG, so it doesn’t have the same rules.  
Also I really doubt that in EG there is someone moving Sun and Moon. ;)

I agree with your points. It’s would be hard to see the power of Harmony if you get your power from disharmony. XD

If you look closely for a split second, you’ll see that everyone in the shadows had their eyes closed. It’s as if they were stuck in some sort of magical sleep spell until they were touched and woken up by the Dazzlings.

I…wasn’t being lewd. They were not stealing life to power their magic. If they had done so they would have been worse monsters than chrysalis.
 
It was attention and adulation they wanted and they used their magic to create disharmony and than gather the negative emotions disharmony generates, which they used to further fuel their magic.
 
Kinda dickish, but if thats how their species naturally survived, it’s easy to see why they didnt consider the morality of their actions at the time.

It’s clear that people have TONS of mixed messages about the Dazzlings right now. Both Positive and Negative. Ironic because the Dazzlings used to feed on conflictions. Enough to take over the planet all over again.

Yup at this point anything is on the table. It’s going to be one crazy transitional year though. Hasbro’s next move could make or break the momentum FIM set forward. I hope for their success and hope they continue to make pony stories as engaging as the ones from Equestria.

I would say they are planning on making another season using an animation studio other than DHX and Boulder. Hasbro does come up with a few surprises.

Looks like there is more information now about EQG’s future (Haven’t checked since 2017 because of spoilers XD). If you believe Equestria Daily it seems DHX will no longer be making the animation for it. Personally, I’ll just wait to see, since I heard older news that Hasbro wants to continue it a little more. It could be done by Boulder Media.
