The postponement of Vinyl and Octavia Day gave me sufficient time to complete one out of several more Vinyl / Octavia projects I have been working on. Having painted white porcellain before I wanted to test how it would work out to paint a light colored pony like Vinyl onto a dark cup.  
Vinyl’s expression and the phrase “Wanna make somethin’ of it?” (which I put in a texbuble not visible in this picture) are based on Vinyl in this hillarious comic cover by Andy Price.  
I think the test of colored porcelain painting worked out nicely and I might paint porcellain of various colors in the future.  
In order for the colors to stand out from the dark background I firt painted everything white and then (after burning in the white color) I added the blue and red colors onto the white surface. I must say the white on black only was looking quite interesting too, so I uploaded two work in progress images of this cup separately with no color other than white.
