and some of the comments here sounded like people were taking it way too seriously.
Plus, I’m getting pretty sick of people presuming the worst case scenario of shit on this show.

Yeah, we know. In fact, he could have come back later because Starlight was still teleporting even after this incident. It’s just the tears make it seem its important and made Trixie look slightly meaner than she had to be. Hell it made me go “aww” over a character we hardly know.

If anything, this guy was used for woobie comedy effect, especially in his last scene.

It’s what the picture says and also the implications don’t change much. Counselors are basically pseudo therapists.
Starlight Glimmer is a counselor, not a therapist.
