…you know I might actually check it out now. I never actually hated Johnny Test though. I was more indifferent to it and agreed it was dumb how Cartoon Network spammed it all the time (in retrospect the spamming was nothing compared to what they would later do with Teen Titans Go).

Really? Not just the same studio (WildBrain, formally DHX) but the same staff? That’s interesting.
It will look better and probably won’t use the sound as much
is that supposed to make me feel better?
Well Netflix one is being done by old MLP staff
the whip creak intensives
2021 Netflix reboot
Yeah, even some fans of it feel that way.
its rather ironic given that it had good animation and semi-decent writing in its first season
The characters are either annoying, jerks, or unlikeable. The art style & animation style is typical. It kinda unintentionally teaches kids to be annoying/disrespectful. The humor is too fast paced, meta, and similar to other shows. Also, frankly it feels like a rip-off of “Dexter’s Laboratory,” and other shows.
It’s understandable why it has a hatedom.

You talking about that?
I hope you’re right about this, Cartoon Network desperately needs something to finally pull it out of it’s darkest age!
There’s hope for the future though. After the AT&T merger, Warner Bros was put in charge and Christina Miller (which was responsible for many of these decisions) is now gone.
We will likely see the return of DC shows and they will keep the new one alive (Miller would most likely have sent it to Sunday mornings at 7 with no advertising).
What the hell is going on with Cartoon Network these days? How did they fall from grace so hard in the span of a few years?
Yeah, the creators even got the fans to fund a pilot for the show through Kickstarter but Cartoon Network still rejected it.

There was also that new Swat Kats show that the creators proposed to Cartoon Network but they also rejected that.
I can’t search it up on Google.
