Quite a lot. Apple Bloom and Big Mac look a lot like Bright Mac, and Applejack looks a lot like Pear Butter. Rarity and Sweetie Belle look a lot like their parents, and so do Rainbow Dash, Flurry Heart, Sunburst, Fluttershy and Zephyr Breeze. And I think Pumpkin and Pound do look a lot like their parents. Although mostly Mr. Cake.
