Ok now the syllable count matches for the first line, but the flow is still off because the song goes "soon ONE small thing be-comes TWO". That means to fit the flow, it would have to go "one THING turns to two, -three, FOUR" or "first ONE and then two, -three, FOUR", neither of which have the same ring to it. This is why song-writing and (especially) parodies can be difficult. Everything has to fit the rhythm and flow while sounding good at the same time.
