And the Rainbow Dash vector is this one, although this isn’t sourced either. I couldn’t find the source, just weird Pooh’s Adventure style mega-crossover wikis. I think the OP deleted their account in the many years since the image’s creation.

Crystal Pinkie Pie appears to have been taken from one of the stock vectors, it’s the same one featured on the S3 box art. It might be a traced vector by a fan, though.

I think the idea is for parents who don’t watch it to see colorful horses for cheaper than the ones in big stores and buy ‘em for their kids. A lot of moms wouldn’t notice that Twilight’s got Dash’s hairstyle on this package.

You have to wonder, are the Chinese really so insulated that they don’t realize this is a knockoff? I mean, they have to have seen SOME of the actual show, if nothing more than vector art, and most of these knockoffs look nothing like the real thing.
