It really does. Trixie’s life has improved dramatically ever since she and Starlight met.
 
The trailers usually like showing off stuff that isn’t relevant to the plot or spoilers for the ending. Whoever is in charge of them really doesn’t give a crap.

“We can be in the special or go get plastered.”

I’ve already thought of that a few hours ago. And because of that, I don’t really have a problem with it anymore. In fact that just makes Starlight look that much more of a sweetheart considering Trixie most likely has no one to spend the holidays with.
 
That said, she really shouldn’t have been in the trailer if she only has two silent cameos

I’ve seen unedited screencaps with shipping tags before.
 
(One image had a tag war where even at least two mods added a shipping tag even though said screencap wax unedited. I removed the shipping tag though.)
