• Sci-Twi and Flash get quite close during the book, ||like romantically close, if in a fairly forced and unrealistic way. || This VERY contradicts how Flash and Sci-Twi were uncomfortable in contacts in Legend of Everfree, and even latter, up until the very recent Snack Psychic, way after LoE.  
• Sci-Twi states she got something of a crush on Flash since they met in _Friendship Games, even though all of their interactions in canon, or _even previously in the same book up to that point, indicate otherwise  
• Sci-Twi’s blooming romance with Flash is rather impossible, seeing how she got with Timber in Legend of Everfree, and was distant towards Flash, or it makes her look quite bad.
   
• This book also strongly contradicts Dance Magic and is contradicted by it - Twilight states in Dance Magic she “haven’t heard much” about people from her old school, and attending “the first-ever Canter-Crys science fair organized by both Canterlot High and Crystal Prep Academy”, is kinda hearing much about her former school. Rarity also shows no knowledge of Crystal prep since Friendship Games, despite having a part in this books plot, and seeing ad meeting Crystal Prep students at the Science Fair in it.

Sugarcoat: It’s only been a few months since the Friendship Games.
Rarity: Is that all? Wow! [giggles] How is everything over at Crystal Prep Academy?
Sunny Flare: Oh, things at CPA have never been better since Principal Cadance took over.

Twilight Sparkle: They are?
