Yeah I mean, her childhood accident(?) and possible trauma was pretty upsetting even without her old friends avoiding her out of fear, or something to that effect. It’s not exactly her situation I find relatable as much as what she could have been feeling inside, some kind of betrayal from those she once trusted, and putting on a tough persona to hide her pain from others. Not to mention an aversion to being close to another, whether platonically or romantically, because you yourself fear betrayal, so you drive them away because of anguish that has built up from that moment in life where it first began. 😭 (I think even Starlight Glimmer feared betrayal, but hers was a different situation to Tempest Shadow)
 
And somehow, I’ve come to see bits of myself in Tempy, Glim-Glam, Trixie and recently Sunset Shimmer. 😳
