Too oddly specific to be true, but I do not consider it too far fetched for Grogar to secretly be Cozy Glow. The book Twilight was reading that mentioned Grogar did refer to him as the "Treacherous Grogar", which might reference his ability to take other forms in some way to manipulate people.
