your current filter.They appear to be the size of adult wings though, which is what matters here. Also if those are what her wings are like as a foal, imagine how big they could get when she grows up.
Maybe, although it was never said that the wings Flurry Heart has are adult-sized. Remember, Alicorn’s are an entirely other race so their wings are more likely to be more “over-sized” than a regular pegasus even at a young age.

I don’t know about the wings. They’re nifty, but we’ve seen what happens when the show puts full-grown adult alicorn wings on anything but.

I know, I’ve seen your work. I love bloomicorn so much that my avatar is one half of the vector on DeviantArt. I would love to see Apple Bloom as an Alicorn in the actual show with the wings and horn matching exactly or closely like in the vector.
