Chara being evil is too debatable.
 
It’s up for debate exactly what their motives in life were: whether they cared for their family, freeing all monsters and/or getting revenge on their village, whether they wanted to kill all humans or not, it’s up for debate.
 
And considering how many times Chara says “we” and “you” at the end of a genocide route, it’s still your/Frisk’s (who is a child too, lol) fault for everything that occurred up to the point where the world’s about to be erased. (“Together, we eradicated the enemy and grew strong.”)
 
But hey, Chara was part of a family of goats, so it’s only natural that they became a scapegoat.

Who’s have thought that MLP’s Writers would have pulled a kid evil like Chara in MLP? …. Ok maybe Cozy Glow doesn’t have an ponycidal nature, but she is still an evil psychopatic.
