No… It’s not the most sane thing she’s ever done.
 
She. Sent. A. Child. To. Tartarus! Exactly how is that sane?! It’s Irrational, and makes her look like a tyrant who only imprisoned Cozy to use as a scapegoat.
 
She could’ve let Cozy run away, and possibly discover how wrong she (Cozy) is about friendship… Like they’ve done in the past.
 
The most sane thing Celestia could do would be to reform Cozy Glow, and imprison Ahulzotle (I think that’s how you spell his name) in Tartarus instead… That guy has attempted both murder and genocide but has gotten away scott-free.
