Without getting too much into this, that clip doesn’t sound like stuttering to me, but maybe it’s a form I don’t recognize.

Regardless, it was nice to go back to that moment in the series. ³

I wonder where people get the notion of “Stuttershy”? I probably haven’t been paying attention, but I don’t think I’ve ever heard her stutter in the show. Getting cut off, sure. Getting so scared she can’t even talk, sure. But stuttering?
