Exactly, which is why it surprises some people to find a coherent argument behind the shit I say. The word “nigger” has historically been like the one taboo thing can’t nobody say. The only way I see of making it unoffensive is by embracing it, using it as liberally as “idiot” or somethin until it ceases to offend anyone.

This is what i call a Refined Nigga Moment.

There is that double standard and the talk of it being used as a term of “endearment” in a social circle (a ghetto pass for those outside the ethnicity) or homosexuals calling each other “fags” or women calling their friends “bitches” to that extent.
 
Myself and my friends very rarely address each other as the “N-word” unless out of anger or jesting off of a funny movie with Dave Chappelle, Kevin Hart, Richard Pryor or Katt Williams. We never went off excessively addressing each other publicly.
 
In honestly, regardless of color or background, if I do not know you and calling me a “Nigger, Nigga, or NiCur” will either start a fight or shows that addressor as a complete ignorant ass.
 
In media, the use of the word stirs a lot of emotion no matter how much we progress or how old time has pass. Some may say to let go of the history that word has while still keeping the repeated use of that same word. Doesn’t work that way. Just like some still get offended by the word “faggot” even though it has many mean through history, it is still a derogatory term for Homosexuals.
 
It sounds like I am taking it too seriously but it is an issue I feel strongly about. NIggertron (I hate type that name) has the right to use of the title and character, but I also have the right to state my opinion as well.

You literally have a character with the word “nigger” in it. There’s bound to be people of either race to view that with a bitter taste. I understand what you’re trying to do, but I never really thought political correctness was that big of an issue. We’re free to do whatever we believe in as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone, try to watch who your target audience is supposed to be.

Chapelle was smart, but his commentary was more veiled. that’s probably why stupid people didn’t look past the “dumb negros” to see waht he was really talkin about. I hope I come across as a bit more thoughtful. Some niggas seem to think so.

Well, think about it. Even if you are part of a social group, making fun of your own will still cause some kind of large rift between the minority and the majority.
 
A great example would be Dave Chappelle’s show, because he used a lot of “outdated” or just ignorant stereotypes about black people that he thought his audience, black or white, would just get a good laugh in. Then he found out a large percentage of his viewers turned in to watch “dumb negroes” and he just got disillusioned because it wasn’t meant to be serious.
 
It’s never a good idea to do something solely for opposing “PC” mentality.

I HATE double standards.

The thing is: if someone calls someone a nigger, then that person is racist. If a black person (in this case, a zebra) calls another one a nigger then it is ok. Double Standards.
