Agreed! It’s got a wonderful use of light and colour and tone contrast that makes it feel all hyper-real, combined with an open-ended story. Is she envious? Despising? Coming home from a long shift? I love it so much.
Also, your comment just gave me visions I’m never going to be able to un-envision. Namely, angels and demons going dogging as a kind of seedy morality play for the watchers, and being unable to get the mother-of-pearl glitter and/or the smell of sulphur out of the car seats afterwards. I blame reading Good Omens as a kid.
