And here I was trying to figure it out thinking like, “empty bed behind her… looking at an apple… was that some patient’s gift to her right before they died and she’s getting emotional over it?”
 
Only to look at the comments, wonder why someone said “she’s not a doctor”, wonder if that meant “she couldn’t save them” or “she wouldn’t be responsible for making the hard calls so why is she upset?”, then suddenly remember the saying :p

I see nothing different (about the “shoulders,” but that is about the only thing,) than what a pony is supposed to look like.
