Yeah, ass(w)hole. /)_<
yeah but this takes a lot less than 45 minutes, which is kind of the entire point of frozen meals
Only if you know what you’re doing.
If you use those chef boyardee “do it yourself pizza” box things from the store you may as well go to Cici’s.
Edited
god dammit I repress memories that emotionally traumatize me and now you’ve triggered me
unless you’re trying to appeal to an even cheaper demographic than what people can get at walmart
Ah, so you’ve never been to CiCi’s!
…CiCi’s comes out whole.
Saying something is “as good as takeout” or sort of like takeout/delivery is generalizing of course but honestly I don’t see the problem if it’s at least halfway trying. It’s just a way of marketing yourself as “above average store brand” that implies you’re trying to mimic the higher standards of common restaurants. It’s up to the customers to decide for themselves whether or not they agree it deserves such a label.
You also have to keep in mind they don’t want to pay rival companies royalties by mentioning them directly by name in their advertisements/slogins.
Buuuut in this case, Digiono clearly doesn’t deserve to even try to have this slogin of theirs. Even back when it was better, it still was on its own tier like all frozen pizza brands bought at the store. Anything else you’d actually buy at a restaurant would naturally have to be better quality or else suffer from bad business - unless you’re trying to appeal to an even cheaper demographic than what people can get at walmart. And with what Digiono’s like today, I /wheep/ for people who have to go that low. And trust me I’ve had store brands that are even worse - DON’T EVER GET GREAT VALUE PIZZA. Just don’t.
dude, it says Texas right there in my username
He’s like that about nearly everything.
I HAVE SO MUCH HATE TO GIVE
You’re unusually passionate about this
We don’t. Get fresh pizza (either made from scratch on your own or from a restaurant).
@Goddess Erosia
I already go to a little Italian resturant near where I live. It’s next to a nice Jamaican resturant and Chinese food resturant. All three places have great food. I love getting food from them.

For me personally, Digiorno used to be A LOT better and bigger, for that matter. They seemed to have changed their crust and cheese somewhere around the early 2000s. I remember when I was smoll they used to put little dices of pepperoni squares in the actual sauce too and that was AMAZING to me. But alas, like a lot of good food, they eventually went cheap. Their fancier, more expensive “just like delivery” version isn’t really as good as they used to be either and it’s still a farcry from even someplace as simple as pizza hut or papa johns - the mainstream places that all the uncool cities have.
If you want good frozen, store bought pizza, I say go with Freschetta.
They’re much more delicious with their sauce and crust.
If you want good pizza in general just be adventurous and find someplace other than dominos, pizza hut or papa johns. The same goes for any kind of food I guess - try something weird, something potentially scary. Go to those weird little mom-and-pop places you keep driving by on the way to the market that look like fronts for serial killer kidnappers or otherwise might give you food poisoning. If you don’t die, very often you’ll realize the weird and unattractive places - mainly, places that aren’t international franchises - have better food because they don’t have to mass-produce.
Really - if the weird, creepy shack in the middle of nowhere that’s just an ugly white building that says “PIZZA :v” is STILL there after all the times you’ve passed by, that means they still get business for a reason. If you see people regularly park there that’s also a good sign. Just take a spin for something weird every now and then, and hope you don’t get kidnapped by a crazed food-poisoning serial killer drug dealer mafia man.

Pfft… Deep! Deep! Dish is so much better.
Nothing beats a fresh pizza from the local shop. The best pizza I ever had was a pie (pie-type crust w/toppings inside) ordered from somewhere I cannot recall the name of. It was absolutely delicious. Another pizza I like is the Extra Most Bestest from Little Caesar’s.
I’m not that fond of it either. The commercials may brag about it being better than delivery but I honestly think it’s not as good as a freshly made pizza from restaurants (or homemade ones).
@mjangelvortex
Why? Does he hate pizza?
No, I hate Digiorno– there’s a difference.
I like all three of those, so it sounds good to me. I think I might have had that kind of pizza before.
@Beau Skunky
Yeah, but he seems to hate DiGiorno’s in particular.
I bought mine at Kroger.
My favorite Digiorno pizzer personally is “Spinach Mushroom & garlic.” Trust me, it tastes much better then it sounds.

Probably, but sometimes people forget to tag images.
