Derpy’s real name is Ditzy Doo ,her nickname is Derpy.
Actuall, you’re thinking of when Tabitha St. Germain first voiced Derpy, she mistook her for a boy, which is why she gave Derpy a deeper voice.
Also, that has nothing to do with what I said.
Anyway, the fandom would have accepted if the name was made official as Ditzy Doo. Instead, what Derpygate achieved was unite fans behind the “Derpy” name.
In SW terms, Derpy brought balance to the force as foretold, but not the way everyone expected, and millions had to die for it to be fulfilled.
BS, she didn’t even know derpy was female in first place.
I wonder if the whole “Derpygate” situation would’ve been avoided if they just called her “Ditzy-Doo.” (It also would’ve been a nice callback to the “Winter Wrap-Up” episode.)
Also, that grey mare with the reddish hair, isn’t nessacerrily Ditzy-Doo. Who’s to say those were the southern birds she was bringing back?
