Never heard of tandrophilia and gynosephilia, but I looked it up- and no. Androphilia and gynophilia (as well as ambiphilia) are terms used to express one's sexual orientation without needing to assign a gender to the one who's being described.

A lesbian would be a gynophile, because she likes women. A straight man would also be a gynophile, because he likes women. A straight woman, or a gay man, would be an androphile- they like men. A bisexual or pansexual person would be an ambiphile.

Gender identity is the key for both gay/lesbian/straight/bi/ect, and androphile/gynophile/ambiphile. The big difference is that androphile/gynophile/ambiphile doesn't care what gender **you** are, only what gender you **like**, while gay/lesbian/straight cares about both. (Androphile/gynophile/ambiphile, by the way, is most useful for describing non-binary folk. If someone is neither male nor female, you can't really say they're 'straight' or 'gay', after all.)

Here, both Trixie and Starlight are mares (yes, Trixie is a mare, she's a trans mare), and they are both gynophiles- they like mares. Which means that they are both lesbians, despite Trixie being trans.
