if you only read the ask glitter shell tag you are missing 3 pages ^^  
i thought it’s pretty clear what spike is refering to but now reading your comment i can get your confusion, it looks a bit like he’s whispering to trixie, just that there is nothing that’d indicate why he’d be doing that talking about glitter in that moment

Trixie is telling some story/gossiping while Spike dries her hair; on being interrupted, he “clarifies” that him drying her hair is normal and there’s nothing more untoward about the situation. This was fairly clear to read from the previous tie-in pages from Raph13.

I have a hard time telling whether Spike is talking to Trixie, telling her transvestite Snails is normal and she shouldn’t make fun of him, or if Spike is talking to Starlight and Snails, telling them that him washing Trixie’s hair is normal and that they shouldn’t make fun of him. Hope there’s some clarification in the next page.
