Oh yeah! I forgot about Hermit Purple.And there’s the Grateful Dead too. I’ve read up to part 7 in the manga, already heard 90% of spoilers anyway.

The movie shows Tempest using martial arts and magical tools, as opposed to normal magic (for obvious reasons). The only actual magic she shows is at the end of the movie when she shoots off fireworks.
 
Also, Stands are the user’s fighting spirit. Hence, Stands like Hermit Purple (Joseph does not look like a bunch of vines), Yellow Temperance (A yellow blob of jelly), or the Sun (which is a… sun.). There are Stands from later parts that emphasize this even more, but I don’t know how much you know about the series, so I’m leaving it there. That being said, I can imagine Tempest having a stand similar to Star Platinum in some way.

Stands tend to take on the users form so for a pony it’d probably look similar to Iggy’s The Fool. I haven’t seen the movie so I know nothing of her powers XD

If we don’t go with a violent sounding Stand name, I’d imagine “Fireworks” would be fitting for her, given her talent. As for appearance, we already have some very esoteric looking stands (to the point that one is literally a second sun), so who knows?

I can imagine Tempest having a Stand. And this would be the perfect situation for one to manifest if it does.
