Though I might not have a full doodle for Father’s Day, I can’t let the day pass without something at least. So why not the two chef ponies at Restaurant Row? :3
 
Saffron Masala and Coriander Cumin are looking after their Tasty Treat restaurant and once the doors are closed a while later, the ponies are ready to head home. However, Saffron took the chance to hug her father, thanking him for the years they’ve spent together. They have had rough times moving around Equestria, having to decide what was to become of their restaurant, or just not agreeing and being a pain to each other. Despite all this and Coriander sometimes expressing his limits when things got too tough for them, Saffron was very thankful for her father trying to go strong the best he can and always believing in her, still staying by her side and teaching her so much since her filly years. Coriander immediately returned his daughter’s warm hug, the two ponies tearing up looking at how far they have gotten together and knew that they won’t give up so soon. Saffron was indeed proud of him, knowing that he will always still be the head-strong, but still loving and worrisome father she loved dearly.
 
Similar to what I said in the Vanilla mother’s day pic (A doodle on DeviantArt) and that also applies here, have a great and joyful day even if you celebrate Father’s Day or not, as long as you are among good friends, family members, or loved ones, make the day count with them no matter what you do. You’ll always have them with you whether in your home, in places you meet up in, far away, or even online, there are always caring people for you and others.
