Could you get away with saying what site it’s on without directly linking?

The problem i have in here is that i cant upload it in my Patreon. The site changed their rules towards content with the “L” word, and about pbooru and such i rather post it in my deviant art….problem is the same as Patreon.  
The other issue, if i were to find WHERE to post it, in a few days from now, i’d have to link it, and the rules state that I CANT LINK to sites with content that could cause conflict with the rules of DB.
