I like Voyager because it gives SFdebris fodder.
I like Adventure Time but a part of me wishes it was never put on air, its popularity is a lot of what led CN’s executives to attack their own action shows, at least Nick doesn’t treat Korra and TMNT as badly as CN treats it’s action shows.
as for Johnny Test it get so many seasons because despite sucking it cost almost nothing to make so it doesn’t really need to do all that well to make good profit.
Hey, at least they’re not Nickelodeon, who turned down Adventure Time.

No one likes Johnny Test, but it’s gotten six seasons so far. But now DHX owns the studio that makes it, so who knows what is next.
The damning thing about Johnny Test is…well, it’s a lot of nothing. It’s not funny, it’s repetitive, and thinking about it for even an instant raises some serious fridge logic questions. For example, why the fuck haven’t the redheads been arrested for unauthorized human testing yet? XD
I despise Johnny Test. IT is laziness and cliche taken to it’s logical conclusion. It is pablum not fit for consumption by human beings. That’s just my opinion though.
CNs killing its own action shows by doing things purposfully bring down their ratings and hurt merch sales in order to replace them with more comedy shows just cause Adventure Time and Regular Show are so popular is not a fucking strategy for long-term success.
One made money and the other didn’t. Simple as that. Just so happens that the most popular show on this poll was met with critical and financial acclaim, not just one or the other.
