That’s because you didn’t remove “/revision/latest?cb=20130315223231” from the end of the image URL. Wikia uses those to keep track of new versions of images uploaded to replace old versions, but the kibble isn’t necessary when hotlinking on another site. Just remove everything after the file extension.
 
By the way, for this specific image, “20130315223231” means it was last modified 2013 (year) 03 (March) 15 (15th) at 2232 (10:32 pm, wiki time) and 31 seconds.

That’s exactly what I did in my original first comment above, tho. Even with the exact thing in the embed. Someone said they couldn’t see the image so I posted a link instead. The camo thing happens when you use !! and then open the image from derpi in another tab and I used that for my link originally. It worked just fine to me but someone had problems with that as well. That has never happened so maybe it’s something with that specific image that’s making it behave all wonky for some people.
