By here I mean on this site. And by opposite I mean in the show it was stated “everypony equal, equally bad at everything”. Where gone all-country FREE tehnical/higher education (compulsory secondary education, that also free) and medicine? Where gone “everyone should work (after free tehnical education there was already list of guaranteed vacancies with provided accommodation, and if you work hard and true, you will even have presented flat), parasitism (living on allowance) outlawed”?
@hariester
Nobody mentioned Communism. Only horse Communism. It’s clearly not the same thing. It’s also clearly intended to be funny.
The opposite of Communism is fascism, by the way, and Equalism was very clearly not that either. It was closer to Communism than fascism, but the idea was more a kid-friendly homage to Nineteen Eighty Four. Which was, itself, a deliberate showcase of why all-powerful dictatorships are bad.

I legit first saw that commercial on TV when family was visiting and to this day I have no clue if it was genuine or some kind of satire. Maybe I missed an article or something, but some of that commercial makes me think satire while other parts make me think real. The satire I think I see might just come from how cheesy some of it is.
…this doesn’t seem like the place to talk about this lol.
