It’s always the quiet ones who are the biggest freaks. Just saying…
Yup, it’s nice to see it in this way.
Dude, stop
Edited
i belive what the episode wanted to show is that we shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover. Sure, mud brie can be weird but so can maud. The difference is that pinkie had spend enough time with maud to know what she trully is, the same goes for everyone, uncluding mud brier
huh… it’s rare to see someone from this fanbase talking about the message the episodes show
Agreed. I did like that Pinkie hasn’t “accepted” him, but is willing to tolerate him because Maud likes him.
I understand now.
April’s fool
R.I.P
It could have been funnier on the one hoof, but on the other hoof, it didn’t create forced humor out of over the top pushiness or obnoxiousness from Pinkie. A season or two ago, half the episode would probably have been her trying to find a “better” boyfriend, or an elaborate bonding scheme.
Also, I kind of appreciate the fact that she doesn’t suddenly realize what’s so great about him, rather that the fact that Maud likes him is enough.
oh and the salt of course, always good to have some
Bingo. It’s basically Pinkie finally suffering the “backlash” from Maud’s introductory episode that she inflicted in the rest of the mane 6.
Yeah, Maud and Mud Briar were a lot alike, but because Pinkie knows Maud better she’s able to look past what others might perceive as flaws and see the best side of her. Mud Briar doesn’t have that benefit of familiarity; plus, he and Pinkie got off on the wrong hoof.
I think I’m going to watch it just for that quote, thank you!
As Maud put it “We’re ‘in like’, not ‘in love’”. They spent time together, but no visible PDAs.
Very viable.
They seem pretty well tuned together.
This scene, it’s almost like they’re arguing, but they’re really just geeking out.
But…?
