What does that even mean? You’re making a lot of claims without citing evidence to support them, I had no problem providing the evidence for mine.
Give me a fair reason to consume something that might compromise my current state (Emotional in particular since hormonal imbalances cause depression) only to please you?
Citations please.
The study does not account for excessive intake during a prolonged period and in fact soy products are used in hormone replacement therapy to increase effectivity. While I do not say soy should be avoided in men’s diet, I do warn that there is no reason to use soy milk instead of normal milk if there is no medical purpose.
An extensive study on the effects of soy and isoflavones on testosterone levels found no correlation. Acquired hypogonadism (low testosterone not caused by a genetic/birth disorder) is typically caused by prolonged use of opioids or steroids, whose usage has skyrocketed recently.
Cite your sources. Because in fact real milk has never caused such alarming reduction in testosterone levels.
That’s not true though. Phytoestrogens (which are different from estrogen) don’t reduce testosterone, and real milk is full of actual estrogen, which does reduce testosterone.

No. It is not healthier for men… And yes, it tastes bad. It is bad for men because soy, and also other oily seeds used as milk alternative have high counts of phytoestrogens which reduce testosterone levels drastically on men. My sister asked her bf to stop consuming soy based products because of that, especially soy milk.
It’s skim milk for the lactose intolerant, it’s slightly healthier for normal milk, just tastes like shit.
