This G2 game was where ponies were pets and you, a human raised them. How is that better than G3? In G3 ponies lived in a civilzed town made for ponies with no humans and went on adventures, just like g3. They weren’t pets.

G2 is surprisingly acceptable. It had some character development and the art was rather fine for a previous gen.
 
I don’t know what made Hasbro think G3’s art style as “cute”. But, it was the bottom of the barrel. Newborn Cuties was so bad, even their target audience(2year old and under girls), cringed.

I got this game just to experience G2, since it lacked a cartoon and the comics are impossible to find. It was shallow to say the least.
