…no no, stoning (which is a hudud punishment) isn’t done on uncovered women or women going out on her own. Even then, no one really wants to do hudud, so they always opt for tazir instead.
 
Also historically, hudud isn’t implemented when the town is invaded because holy shit the court and government seriously don’t want to deal with hudud punishments while they have their hands full fighting off invasions and also they would rather have ppl be alive and not crippled or missing their good arms to defend the freaking land.

Also considering that is a BG pony with no name and only appears in one or two scenes without dialogue, and whom apparently nobody else here besides me seem to take invested interest in (I could be very wrong), then headcanon and roleplay is the only thing I can work with.
