Seeing as how there are Changelings that have feminine voices, I think some of them are women. I don’t know how, due to it being a hive with a queen.

I like to imagine that Chrysalis layed all of the eggs when she was in charge and the male Changelings all took turns with their Queen.  
Not sure how the reproduction works now, though.
