Just like all those anime high school students who can afford their own apartments on after school part time jobs.

If by “comfy”, you mean “overstuffed closet”, then yes. This a one bedroom, one bathroom garret apartment–about as small as you can legally get. Sunset obviously prefers spending her money on computers and gaming equipment than on decent housing.
