I think that game came out before DLC was even a common thing. (Especially, for Nintendo systems.)


 
I actually still remember people actually getting angry about earlier games charging for DLC, upgrades, and such originally. Heck, one guy told hme wouldn't get a Wii, because he didn't like the fact the Virtual Console NES games weren't free to download. (I can't believe he thought they were going to be free.)
