That is absolutely not true. And its still pretty damn disrespectful.
That’s not the only thing that’s changed, the diaper’s smaller, the pony is bigger. There is no claim of ownership and there’s a link directly to the original. I uploaded it because some people I showed it to liked the adjustment I did for my self. Just different preferences. So I see no problem with this, no one asks permission for retouches, remixes or the like.

Yea, its pretty annoying since I keep wet/messy shading on separate layers for most pics. So if they had asked, I could have uploaded a version that without the mess.
