Just a quick card I whipped up. Pretty much just mega Mayor Noggenfogger. By everything, it means everything. Down to drawing cards.Though,the damage from the effect cannot be affected by the card text.
Flavour text: Mayor Noggenfogger really doesn’t like him, after all, no one can out random a chaos god.
Entrance: “How boring.”
Attack: “I do hate getting my interspecies hands dirty.”
Random effect triggers: “That’s more like it.”
Normal action effect triggers: “What fun is there in making sense?”
