You’re right. The original pic was posted as >>1368882 (deleted), and taken down by the artist. As far as I can see, it was originally tagged safe, but the rating was subsequently changed, and the pic was tagged grimdark when the artist removed it, so maybe the artist took it down because it turned out darker than he wanted.
 
Since this is essentially a safe edit, and most of the safe stuff by the artist is still here, I’m not sure if it should be deleted too. I’m updating the tags appropriately anyway.
